STRENGTH TRAINING:

 

Strength training increases your nervous system output, meaning your brain and nerves produce more electricity. More electricity means more force production by the muscles. It also makes objects that were once heavy feel light.

In my training approach strength is the master quality, meaning improving strength improves all other qualities. Getting stronger is the true north of my approach.

​

Getting stronger improves ability, stamina, longevity, quality of life, confidence and well being. 

​

CORRECTIVE EXERCISE:

​

Corrective exercises are used to relieve pain and restore function to parts or abilities that the body is lacking. Everybody needs some level of corrective exercise, and for some, their program is almost exclusively corrective exercise.

​

Corrective exercise is delicate, gentle work. It is the yin to the yang that is strength and conditioning. 

​

NUTRITION COACHING:

​

Nutrition coaching is the best option for those who are looking to lose fat. Until you change your relationship with, and knowledge of food, sustainable weight loss is quite difficult.  

​

Most of the work with nutrition coaching focuses on mindset development.

​

I don't simply give you a meal plan. I teach you how to cook, shop and prepare in a manner that fits with your lifestyle.
